Pharos Solutions is a trading name of BananaBoat LLC (“we”, “us”). We build and operate software for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to run our products and services:
- Account details, such as name, phone number and email address.
- Content that our customers and their staff create in our products, such as tasks, forms, photos and messages.
- Basic technical information, such as device type and logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain and support our products.
- To send sign-in verification codes and service messages, including by SMS and WhatsApp.
- To keep accounts and data secure and to prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our products, such as hosting, messaging and email providers, and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on secured servers and kept only as long as the customer’s account is active, or as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us at mohammed@bananaboatllc.com. If your account was created by your employer, we may direct your request to them.
